Payment Received

Once payment is received, we immediately order the parts — placing the order before 5:30pm ensures next-day shipping (excludes Saturdays & Sundays).

Parts Arrive

When your parts arrive, we notify you right away so we can schedule a convenient time to pick up your device for the repair.

We Repair It

We take your device to our repair location, complete the fix with precision and care, and let you know as soon as it's done.
